Endowed Scholarships & Grants
A limited amount of scholarship and grant money is available to DSPT students. Applications are reviewed on the basis of both financial need and academic achievement or potential. Applicants must enroll in a degree program and take at least 9 units per semester while receiving the financial award. It is not necessary to apply for specific awards.

The Holy Rosary Education Fund - Established to foster greater theological understanding of the place of Mary, the Mother of God, in salvation history. The Fund provides one or more scholarships, on an annual basis, to any student enrolled in a degree program at DSPT.

The Jacob Levitan Preaching Fund - Established to provide financial assistance for preaching programs sponsored by DSPT. It includes faculty stipends as well as scholarships for students participating in such programs.

The Maureen Elizabeth Rettig Scholarship - Established to provide one or more grants, on an annual basis, to students enrolled in a degree program at DSPT.

The Peer and Dorothy Portner Scholarship - Established to provide one or more grants, on an annual basis, to students enrolled in a degree program at DSPT.

The Sylvia and Bernard Gay Scholarship - Established to provide one or more grants, on an annual basis, to students enrolled in a degree program at DSPT.

The Sophie C. Zawisha Scholarship - Established to provide one or more grants, on an annual basis, to students enrolled in a degree program at DSPT.

Grants-In-Aid - A limited number of grants-in-aid for tuition are available to students enrolled in degree programs.
