Office Assistant

Hours:
Approximately 12 hours/week
Reports to:
Office Manager
Schedule:
Hours will be arranged with the Office Manager between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings are preferred.
Job responsibilities:
  • Opens the school by unlocking public doors, turning on lights, and starting the first pot of coffee
  • Covers the Front Desk by greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
  • Completes a variety of tasks for the faculty and staff, including but not limited to:
    • Sorting incoming mail
    • Mailing letters and packages
    • Making photocopies
    • Assisting Admissions and Advancement with mailings and data entry as needed
    • Assists Office Manager with the management and promotion of DSPT Affiliate Marketing Programs and Internet Resources
