Educational Benefits

Below find the steps to help guide you through the process

1. Apply for Admission

Begin by submitting your application and gaining acceptance to DSPT.

2. Confirm Your Eligibility

To qualify for VA educational benefits, you must be a veteran, active-duty member, or a dependent of someone who has served.

3. Collect Necessary Documentation

Review the VA application guidelines to gather all required documents before applying

4. Apply for Your VA Benefits

Complete the application online through the VA website. You'll need to create an account to access and submit the form.

5. Receive Your Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

After processing your application, the VA will send you a COE confirming your benefit eligibility. If you already have a COE from another institution, you may not need to request a new one.

6. Send Your COE to DSPT

Once you receive your COE, email a copy to the Registrar Office at [email protected]. This allows DSPT to certify your enrollment and submit tuition and fee information to the VA for payment.
